Easy to use. I wanted a fitness tracker watch that wouldn't break the bank. It does what I need and the app makes it easy to see all my readouts. Haven't had any issues. ====== After less than a year I am downgrading my review to 2 stars. The app has gaps in my data for weeks at a time. I am pretty sure the step counter is fairly accurate, but I am doubting the accuracy of the heart rate and calories burned. Customer support is very lacking when I report missing data. Dissappointed.

The watch is great. It connects to my phone and it monitors my stats. But it doesn't let me know when I have texts or emails or messages. And I need this feature! It was a huge selling point. And there isn't a "contact us" option so I can't ask anyone! Really unhappy about this

I bought one of the watches because it was attractive to me and it was an attractive price... But I never did get it to work right with this app. It would never send notifications for phone calls or SMS messages only from Gmail and no other app... Evidently it works better with iPhones than it does with Androids and that is a shame. So I sent the watch back and deleted the app I will go back to my 7-year-old Garmin which still works wonderfully even though it is not sexy looking.
