The Today, I Practice app contains 52 mind-habit teaching cards that help you master life's stressful situations, like learning to accept failure, face your inner critic, release judgement or overcome worry. Each card is an invitation to think about challenges in a new way, develop self-trust and practice scientifically proven strategies that level up your mindfulness practice, allowing you to choose conscious action over dismissive positivity.

Traditional affirmation cards rely on the brain to overcome its inherent negativity bias. But if an affirmation does not feel immediately true to the reader, consciously or subconsciously, the brain will reject the information. Worse, it may affirm that the opposite is true because it is the more deeply rooted belief. When this happens, an affirmation actually has a negative effect instead of a positive one.

Today, I Practice allows the brain to learn something new by trying something new. Offering straightforward, realistic approaches to re-framing experiences based on both cognitive and behavioral research, this deck is an invitation to change how your mind perceives and navigates stressful events.
