Ratings and reviews

The service is very bad. I order at around 10am in the morning and scheduled my delivery at 3pm-6pm. The items didn't arrive past 6pm so I message the customer service for help at 6:04 through WhatsApp they call back at me at 7:12pm to verify the problem and try to fix it. At 8:15pm they call and told me they can't deliver my items and cancelled my order and do refund without compensation for the trouble I had due to waiting for the delivery.i would have attached screenshot as proof if possible

There is no way to put your card details for payment. This is the only app where customers are having probleme paying. Please upgrade your app and let customers insert their card details for faster transaction

Such a bad experience recently: They force you to choose something to replace your missing items (refuse to omit it) , and as many items were missing they refused to cancel the order also , then Alhamdulillah the app rejected my Visa!!!
