Keeps crashing all the time. And whenever my order goes through, most of the items I request for are unavailable, of course I get to know this only after they withdraw my money and give me hell to chase after them to give my money back. Terrible app and service. Update 1 April 2022: It's been 1 month already since I placed my order number (BBVKEFSK) and still didn't receive my SAR 300 of missing items back yet! They don't answer emails nor calls. I'm taking it to Ministry of Commerce.

Missing items in the order and the refund amount is less for out-of-stock items. Can't contact customer care in any way... so disappointed. I'm never going to shop from the Panda app again.

The worst app ever, i paid for the items that went out of stock n panda never returned my money. They have zero customer service availability. whenever i reached out for help they are out of service. So kindly dnt use Panda app. They are unprofessional.
