Ratings and reviews

Waaayy too many notifications. I am a paid subscriber. The app experience is decent enough. But even if you turn off all notifications from the app settings, the breaking news notifications remain at "default" which hits you with more notifications than hail in a hailstorm. Over a 100 in a day. Easy! Only option left. Turn off all notifications from the OS. Which is disappointing. Please fix.

While scrolling down on the applications main page, the screen goes blank. I believe it is because of the instamart or other advertisements that is being shown. Similar problem happens when an article is being read. One has to exit the app and then re open it to read the article. On further scrolling, the problem reappears.

A good app that I frequently use to catch up on the news on the go. The paid version is better, with few ads I wish the developer would have given a direct tab to catch up on the games and comic strips that are collated across all editions. Some city editions have no comic strips at all and some like Ahmedabad, Mumbai have many. These are a good stress-buster. Also the same request for Sudoku, crossword and word games
