Should allow one to use the app to pay for purchases directly as well. Fairprice app allows for that. Keep up. Troublesome to have to scan yuu id then open another app or take card out to pay. Especially when queue is long

Stop having the stupid full screen adverts pop up over the QR code. It is damn annoying to keep having to close it when everyone is waiting for the QR code. Make the adverts appear ANYWHERE else except over the QR code! Do you guys even have UI/UX experience?!

On 15 May 2026, I tried using two $10 Guardian vouchers from the PAssion POSB Debit Card promotion, but both were invalid before their stated expiry. Yuu CS asked me to email screenshots, which I did the same day. As of 11 Jul 2026, I've received no reply. It appears earlier vouchers become invalid when newer batches are issued. Please investigate, reply to my email and provide the promised resolution instead of ignoring customers.
