This app has a major shortcoming. Regarding the rewards, it does not differentiate rewards for Giant or rewards for Cold Storage. We have to check each reward for scanning and only then find out that the reward is for the wrong supermarket. Not only does it frustrate the shopper but it causes delay in the cashier line as I recently found out. Perhaps the developer can introduce a tool to sort which rewards belongs to which supermarket.

works just like any other membership app to be honest. However, the other special features needs to be further improved. For the Arcades, not all of the games are updated automatically. Need to continuously email them to update. For the Watch feature, when I go back from the video player, it does not go back to the home page of the Joli. It goes back to the Yuu app. Does not give me an option or alternative when I want to purchase the episodes after I select Watch Ads once.

finally got it resolved. would have preferred if they could have at least scheduled a date and time for a call. I kept getting calls during my meetings. aside from that the resolve was actually quite quick after the call.
