Seems to work most of the time. Not always. Alexa also uses the app and a skill to voice control the locks. BECAUSE the locks constantly cycle to responsive to unresponsive. Makes it so you can't depend on it or set it to auto lock. Might auto lock 1 out of 5 times with Alexa routine. Overall they are a pretty good lock and good app. Just seems to have lots of technology glitches that need ironed out. Most could be made with updates, like UPDATE the Alexa skill.

For some odd reason, after charging the lock, I have lost the ability to open the lock through the finger print reader. This lick has been working fine for the past 8 months. Why after simply charging the batterie(s) is it not reading the finger prints that have been working in the past. I'm running the update now, so I'm hoping that that will solve this program and make me have to reset everything.

This app works when it wants to. Most days I don't get any notifications for the door being unlock even with opening the app and refreshing the records it won't show any code has unlocked the door. Then randomly I'll get a bunch of notifications in the middle of the night. That totally defeats the purpose of having notifications set up.
