I'm fed up with the Tonik app! Every single time I open it, I'm greeted with an error message. When I first reported this issue, your solution was to uninstall and reinstall, which worked initially. But within an hour, the problem came back! I demand an immediate resolution. It's absurd that I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use the app. Fix this now!

Initially, everything was working as expected, and I even opted to add the Payhinga features. However, when I tried to use them according to the instructions provided, (to use it a day before youre due date— now they were saying I should have informed them 7 days before due date) I was informed that I’m no longer eligible and has to cover the late charges. New user, opt not to choose their paghinga feature its nothing but an additional charge.

It's cool. But there should be some visualizations or dashboard on daily interest earned calculated. It's nice to see something each day that grows. Also the prompt for mis-logins, it should not just say to delete the app. You are taking our breath away when the only solution is just to try the biometrics again.
