Used this app for a while now. It always comes in a clutch. I can't count how many times this app has saved me when I can't find my actual remote. I have never had one issue until today. I can't get the app to do anything. It won't change channel, it won't let me select any button. I uninstalled them reinstalled. That was no help. I pay for the pro version and can't even use it to turn my TV up tonight ugh

I took a chance and went for the full year subscription. and was going to cancel before the free trial ended but they jumped the gun and charged me. never works right and Roku will give u one off there app for free. theres doesn't do sound or turn off ur tv. but not this one won't either. I have it till next Feb. don't choose this one it's a sham and a scam. it will connect till u decide to pay for it, them stops working. I've tried to contact help desk. 🦗🦗🦗

Constantly interrupts me every 15 seconds while I'm trying to use the remote in order to get me to rate it. Welp, here it is. It's disruptive beyond functionality to ask to rate it 15 seconds after I've already declined to do so several times. Especially in menus such as the guide where it closes if no button activity is detected. This really badly needs fixed.
