Ratings and reviews

Great app, makes shopping easier. Has it's random glitches ever so often but overall an easy app. Atm I'm experiencing an issue with the "helpful" thumbs up button for review comments, to show you found a review helpful. It only lets you click on one 1 per an item page, in the past you could select as many comments as you like. Now when I click on more than one nothing happens (the thumb icon doesn't fill in and add to the count that you liked that review). Samsung S23+

My card was charged, but the ordered was not placed. Currently, there is a hold on the cost of the items, but no order is placed. I spoke to customer service. She was very helpful but the money authorization will be held up to 3 days, once it is released, I can place the order again first time I've had this issue with Torrid, but I'm unhappy with the fact they are holding my money & I ordered many discount items that I may or may not actually get.

Thank you for continuing to improve your app. It's more user friendly. It would be nice to be able to save items in your cart directly to your wishlist or have a save for later option. Unfortunately, I always put too much in my cart and have to narrow it down. It would be beneficial to be able to move what I'd like to purchase in the near future to a wishlist so I could easily locate them later. Also, can you please make the pop-up quantity button a larger. Great sales & quality items.
