Been with Net10 over a year. Was not using hardly any data (too slow) so I got a cheaper phone card with less data. Customer service changed my plan. Got the same card as last month, now they are saying it was a one time only service. My phone plan is $5 less than card I bought (only one they offer at stores near my plan). Can't switch to plan I bought, said it's not compatible with my phone. My phone can Talk/Text/Data. Can't return card, Thanks for ripping me off. Don't recommend this service.

I've been with Net10 for years & have had no major issues with them until this year. The mobile app won't let me access support. Button doesn't even work. I've been enrolled in auto-refill & they still charge me 35 instead of the 31.50 a month. This is the 4th*? month of this happening. I finally got ahold of support & was told I had to go to the "Promotion Department". Told me someone would reach out (this was on March 7th) if I provided my #. I gave it to him twice...& I'm still waiting.

I have been trying to get my acct number for my acct of 20 years after experiencing great difficulty with my phone. I ordered a new sims code, it was charged and I recvd a tracking # in April. N10 never called the carrier to pick up package. I have copies of many chats where they gave me many claims of reasons. They continue to deduct my auto pay for service while my phone will not function. INiw switching carrier waiting for N10 to release over so I can keep phone number. Still waiting!!🙏
