Great app! Very clear and response time is excellent!
The system is totally unreliable. If you start a test and exit the test mode without going through all the devices, the system appears to iterate as normal but it actually never exits the test mode. So if alarm is triggered, the central station won't be notified. Also the motion sensors aren't triggering the alarm at all even through they blink red when you walk by.
Hey thanks for the reply back in November of 2016. It's now February 2017 and the white light on the mobile app is still there. Thanks for not caring about your customers @Xfinity. Can you get rid of the blinding white light when the app opens. I don't need a flashlight, just want to check cameras at night.
Bug still here,no response 2 email sent!!! 👉 There is a bug on 7.0, when selecting a live cam feed, the video will freeze aft 9 seconds like still pic. Only way 2 unfreeze is to switch 2 a diff cam (which will also freeze aft 9 sec) & switch back to orig cam =(.
The app worked fine until I moved in September 2016. I have not been able to connect from my phone when I'm away from home and it's now February 2017. I have made several calls to customer service and still no resolution. I feel like I'm being robbed. 7 months I'm paying for a service that doesn't work......
