I am not able to create an account because my email address is longer than the allowed number of characters for an email address. Who thought of putting a character limit to an email address? Not very smart.

The app constantly asks to rate us experience for MT48 , even when one does not have that model.

The app is designed to have all of the functionality you'd need, but its updating speed is atrocious. I get notifications of messages that don't appear in the app, then have to wait forever while the app reloads after I back out and go on again to try to force it to update. Also, my children will send me messages that I won't receive at all for long periods of time. I have made sure that the app is never put to sleep in the background, but still no luck. Super disappointing.
