About this app

Our new WellnessHub provides support for all Forterro employees. Users can select from four tiered monthly programmes – each with different on-demand video workouts to follow, from restorative yoga to all-action strength training. There’s access to an extensive on-demand video library, monthly challenges can be setup for individuals and groups, plus there’s a monthly webinar series aimed at improving mental fitness complete with mind-boosting tips, information and mental exercises. Interactive elements also include in-app messaging and connectivity to fitness wearables and other health apps.
