This program is awesome! I've been trying for a couple years to get below 200lbs. In just 8 weeks I lost 20 lbs and reached my goal of 199. Now I'm just continuing on losing weight! The app is easy to use, Lindsay's coaching is great! Super glad I'm working with KrugerBody!
