With the ZenoLink Human Performance Center App, we have built the capability for you to have a very interactive functional training experience allowing you to track your workouts, measure results, and achieve your sport specific training goals. You will be able to communicate and share your data with your HPC coach so he/she can monitor your progress on your 3D Biomechanics based functional training program and to make any necessary adjustments.

As a ZenoLink Human Performance Center customer, your custom ZenoLink functional training program will be delivered to you through our app, complete with video explanations of each exercise so you can do your workout while you are traveling or just like when you are at one of our facilities.
