Tried using this for two weeks in Japan. Using the app to install the eSim gave me issues at first but it eventually worked. The app is slow to use even with a wifi connection. The data eSim seemed to work well in Tokyo but would lose connection frequently in Kawaguchiko and Hiroshima. My account says I used 2.6GB of the 3GB and the connection has completely stopped working even though my phone shows full 5G bars. I still have 7 days left here in Japan. Rather go for something more reliable.

I downloaded this app for my trips to Mexico, so when I'm state side it would kill my own service I have. Only realized once I un-installed it, was thinking it was just me until I just downloaded it again and back to super bad service and drop calls when I'm not even using the esim. If your wondering why you have bad service and have calls dropping out of no where, its this app. (Samsung s22 ultra) Edit after response: the esim was not active and my phone had the other Sim as primary.

The app was working fine on my phone (Samsung Fold 4) with my trip last year. I am now planning a trip aboard this summer and decided to check out the data plan. The app suggested that I upgrade to the new version. Now, it only showed as landscape mode. I can only slide three screens, but no menu option is available for me to navigate. Please fix this as soon as possible so I can use the app for my trip!
