if it's a $60 copay anyway, just use something else. The app and website were both down all day today. I called support and my insurance and everything trying to figure out what was wrong. when I called the number here on the app store, I got some dude's personal number that's hasn't even worked there in 4 years. get it together. I wish Amazon used anyone else. I ended up using sesame since it was the same price and actually got me through to see a doctor.

can't even get into a visit, update- its been 3 hours of refreshing, uninstall, reinstall , clear data and cache and logging back in for nothing to work

Do not recommend. If you have to pay for a visit-would go elsewhere. What exactly does Transcarent do now? I do not know anymore. Every adult and under 18 in my family has been referred to "in person visits"-when 98.6 was so helpful and saved us time and money (with some of the same type of issues over the years). We always review the list of conditions Transcarent purports to deal with but since the buyout-zero help. I will be sharing my notes with my employer benefits manager.
