DrivePro is designed to work with Transcend's DrivePro Car Video Recorder.

For your own safety, do NOT operate the DrivePro or use the App while driving.

If your device can't connect to DrivePro or show DrivePro "Internet not available", please go Settings > Wi-Fi > Press Menu Key > Advanced > Turn off "Auto network switch", then connect again.

*2024 Update* Here we are again. On latest version and cannot download videos. Playback on mobile is sketchy at best. Great camera. Rubbish app. *Update* All issues below rectified by most recent update - thank you!! Still a bit slow, but all aspects now working properly. Painful to connect. Suddenly unable to play downloaded 'emergency' videos, but none emergency ones play. The full file size & thumbnail is there, but blank screen when you press play! Not good.

Since the last update it will not download any files to my phone, it connects and you can view them but on galaxy s8 plus it will not download, very annoying since it was fine before the update, trying to contact them via website but it's not very user friendly, pleas
