To find a real person to talk to is impossible.I borrowed 5000.00 Because I had an emergency death in the family, I paid it off within 4 months and they are not acknowledging that they're saying now I have an open line of credit for 5000I wanted to show 0, and I just recently got a bill for interest that I should not have to pay. Horrible customer service response.it off , and they still say ,

this app constantly says that I need to update it. I try repeatedly to uninstall and reinstall to to fix it, it doesn't work.

very informative. no reason to forget a payment. better than other loan facilities i have dealt with over the years. sometimes little hard to speak with a person but I have done so.
