6 Month Update: The app has received steady improvement, but focused on the core. The AI coach is doing a great job for me. so nice to just tell the coach about changes in my schedule and it revises my workouts. Fantastic way to keep on a schedule and maintain a plan that drives results. There's so much here! Workouts, nutrition tracking, weight tracking, form analysis on the bike and in the pool, and running analysis; it is a fantastic toolset for fitness and athletic performance.

Really convenient app to use and the owner is responsive and engaged. I suggested a feature and a week later it was implemented! The AI coach is like talking to a real coach and makes it super flexible to adapt your training around your life. The training plan has been working great so far.

Relatively new to triathlon but experienced with TrainingPeaks, Garmin and Strava (naturally). Transition has genuinely impressed me. The Smart Coach is good and the adaptive training seems well thought out, the app is clean and intuitive and the built in nutrition logging – especially protein tracking – is excellent. Its visually nice and feel like its designed by people who understand Triathlon and fitness. I’ll be subscribing after the trial.
