Fantastic way to keep on a schedule and maintain a plan that drives results. There's so much here! Workouts, nutrition tracking, weight tracking, form analysis on the bike and in the pool, and running analysis; it is a fantastic toolset for fitness and athletic performance.

Relatively new to triathlon but experienced with TrainingPeaks, Garmin and Strava (naturally). Transition has genuinely impressed me. The Smart Coach is good and the adaptive training seems well thought out, the app is clean and intuitive and the built in nutrition logging – especially protein tracking – is excellent. Its visually nice and feel like its designed by people who understand Triathlon and fitness. I’ll be subscribing after the trial.

it's a great option for begginers that don't want to spend 300/mo. for a pro trainer but wants to have a comprehensive and adaptive, structured training with basic feedback and some tips.
