it's a great option for begginers that don't want to spend 300/mo. for a pro trainer but wants to have a comprehensive and adaptive, structured training with basic feedback and some tips.

I’ve been using this app for about a month now and the workouts have been great. The strength training workouts are a great addition to prevent injury and break up the week. It even tapers automatically for my upcoming races. Currently aiming to quality for the USAT World Championship and I truly believe this app can get me there. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re a triathlete.
