Ratings and reviews

A helpful app to track TJ whereabouts, now also has "feedback" feature. You can only write feedback around the area you're at, or the bus you're in (or nearby). Sometimes, the tracker won't show up and the bus suddenly in front of you. I think it might be because of the old tracker unit attached to the bus. Anyway, I still find this app useful. BRAVO TJ!!

For the first month I could use payment by linking my Blu BCA Digital account to this Transjakarta Account. But suddenly was disconnected. And all the payment was showing internal server error. But the only one was able to be activated was Tj Pay. As if they put it on purpose. Kayak Di sengaja gabisa link pembayaran apa aja kecuali Tj Pay. Kan gak adil. Inj saya minta tolong lah di perbaiki saya jadi beli kartu fisik mulu 3x. Payah kalian.

i am unable to update my phone number because the system says it's already registered, yet it doesn't appear anywhere on my profile. When I try to select a oayment method, I am prompted to uodate my phone number, but each attempt result in the same error that it's already in use. Thia loop is very confusing and prevents me from moving forward
