paid for a ticket but didn't get a qr so I had to paid twice. There isn't even an option to report purchasement problem, let alone refund. I switched to this app because they charged me twice due to faulty card reading device, yet with this app being like this, I might as well accept the fact that they will forever take my money twice. My trust hace been utterly shattered.

This app requires more adequate and fast server to update the bus location real time. Please fix the bug, we rely on this app very much on daily basis. And I still don't see any update available after your reply Sir.
