The app itself has great features and a wide variety of trucks, but the booking experience can be stressful. I've had issues with drivers accepting bookings and then canceling at the last minute because they didn't want to carry heavy items, even though I selected the extra helper add-on. Customer service needs to be quicker to respond when a driver drops a booking. ​Feel free to grab any of these and change the details to match exactly what happened during your delivery!
