I am a Jumia addict, and this time around, someone mentioned Oraimo Store. I bought a "SpaceBuds N ANC True Wireless Earbuds" and quite unfortunate, one side wasn't working. Upon a request to pick it up, they simply advised me to take the buds to Carlcare offices at Kampala boulevard building level 2, which I find as a complete inconvenience. They are supposed to pick the product, examine it, and then advise the client. So, be warned, shop wisely ⚠️

I bought an Oraimo smart iron on 22/1/25. It was faulty and was replaced on 1/7/25. The iron became faulty again 26/1/26 and calling customer service, I'm being told it can't be replaced because it's out of warranty or repaired. So I have to throw away an iron I purchased for almost 60k. I never knew a day like this would come where I would write bad reviews. You guys are not doing well. At least, Equip ur centres to enable them repair irons.

*16/01/26*- I AM TIRED of complaining of this same thing! Ur appliances might be nice but, SPEEDAF Logistics is slowly snowballing ur biz into a huge mess! SPEEDAF is becoming more messed up!! They send u sms' for delivery with numbers that dont work! Then, their delivery pple lie about NOT being able to reach u when they didnt even try! And also, there should be an option for pick up at their office since they don't want to do their jobs or, use other Logistics Coys to send my stuff, PLEASE!!!
