*16/01/26*- I AM TIRED of complaining of this same thing! Ur appliances might be nice but, SPEEDAF Logistics is slowly snowballing ur biz into a huge mess! SPEEDAF is becoming more messed up!! They send u sms' for delivery with numbers that dont work! Then, their delivery pple lie about NOT being able to reach u when they didnt even try! And also, there should be an option for pick up at their office since they don't want to do their jobs or, use other Logistics Coys to send my stuff, PLEASE!!!

Oraimo is a known brand, so I don’t understand why their service is terrible. I placed an order for an earbud and charger, December 23, 2025. After waiting over a week, I contacted customer care twice and was told to exercise patience, which I did. Only to receive a mail on 18 January that my order was cancelled due to non-shipment within 15 days. I don’t understand how this is my fault. You didn’t ship the goods, yet you cancelled my order for non shipment.Was i supposed to come ship it myself?

Should I call this false advertising or what? Your promotional videos say it's a 12% discount if we use the app. I go in and see 8%. I wanted to buy the space buds earphones but the inconsistencies in price across your ads are annoying if you ask me.
