These people are fraudsters. I ordered water bottle and open headphones on the app on 28th August. when I tracked it, I was told it had been picked on 31st. It's 7th September and I haven't received my items. I've called their customer care line several times but none of the numbers go through. I've WhatsApped and still no response. I emailed them on Friday and they came back saying they will address it. How? with a refund, delivery of my items or what? They're just a bunch of unprofessionals.

in as much as u sell good product, u should have parts for repairs and faulty stuffs u sell. I have bought a lot from oraimo, but ur after sales support is the worst. I bought a blender from ur app, upon receiving it, I found out that it was a bottle container ( who does that in this age!?). after few usage it fell and broke. Oraimo customer support is saying that's the end. I can't buy a replacement for what was a disaster waiting to happen. it means my close to 80k is gone. This is pathetic!
