I don't have a clue how this App and service can have such a high rating. The service is super slow, complicated and overpriced. Their rooms are super overpriced, they often need maintenance, are dirty and often you cannot get what you actually rented. If you complain they will ask over and over again the same questions and let you wait for days to actually give you, what you requested (for example a working kitchen stove :) ) I would give 0 stars, unfortunately I cannot here.

Apparently they block all foreign credit cards. They will have to whitelist your credit card which they say takes 24 hours, but that's not the case. Really disappointed by this. The customer service is very hard to communicate with, and half the time their responses make no sense. Even if you rent a brand new apartment for 1 month, there's no way to get wifi, which is simply bizarre in 2024. I would recommend people to never use this app and use something else.

First time using this app, bad experiences and the team of Travelio were only talk too much, promising ABCD etc only. Becareful to use this application. The photos looked nice. The reality really horrible. Check in at 2pm, the staff came at 3pm. What amazing !!! The room was nasty, The last thing is, the refund for the deposit. OMG, very complicated and too long to get it. Said 1-14 days it can be refund but you see it has been 16 days, still didn't get the deposit back to my account !! Sooo 👎
