I had a great experience booking an apartment in Surabaya through Travelio. The app was easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I also want to give a big thanks to CS Nina, who went above and beyond to help me with my booking. She was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely use Travelio again.

I do not recommend anyone using this app or any service by travelio. I was waiting with my family, including my old grandparents and my little brother. I wait for about four hous because their system cannot detect double booking. Thanks to them i need to cancel my appointment. My family need to spend additional expenses because they cannot cancel the appointment and book another room. The CS is extremely slow response. If you want to keep your sanity, do not use travelio at all.

It was my first time using travelio and had a horrible experience... I am very disappointed using the travelio, customer service is very slow in handling consumers, and also rude and unhelpful, I do not recommend you use this application, use another app with better service. This is the last time using this app.
