Dissapointment, I will never use Travelio service anymore, bad experience and the service is horrible.The price suddenly changed right when I was about to book, with the explanation that prices are “fluctuating,” which felt very misleading.Check-in was at 5 pm, but I was not allowed to bring in my belongings, and when I asked to enter at 9 am the next day, they refused again, saying service is at 10:30 am, which makes no sense since I had already checked in the day before.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Once they have your money they will stop providing any service - Several pieces of furniture were broken when I moved in. Despite reporting this immediately, and following up constantly, 2 months later nothing has been fixed. They always respond "we are checking" and then don't do anything further - the building entry was changed, but Travelio refuses to give me the new code. It's been 3 days and I can't even enter the building. I'll have to consider legal action

terrible service. poorly maintained unit, bathroom's clogged. different CS agent different answer, sometimes i have to repeat myself. not to mention they are super super slow, i had to be the one constantly following up. the "smart" key they used is just the worst. came back to the unit one day and the key just turned off and leaving the unit unlocked the whole time? just dont use it at all lah, use manual key. very poorly chosen security measure.
