Ratings and reviews

Update: I updated the app and the issue still occurs. There is always a lag before trip items populate and the trip is missing most items while offline. Previous review: The app has gone downhill lately. I used to be able to view my itinerary quickly and when offline. After a recent update, this is no longer the case. Even when connected to the internet, my itinerary is often empty and I have to wait for it to populate. I have tried logging out/in. It happens for all trips.
