Update- The app is still not working right at all and it's not working with my coworkers either. It was a pretty good app up until these last couple of months. Once I'm logged in I can't scroll or click on anything. I even spoke with someone from the company and they said they are not aware of any issues. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled and still no luck.

website/app doesn't work you're left holding the burden. I tried updating beneficiaries three times with three different support, I received the same error messages and different runarounds asking me to check again later. there's no place to log the issue. messages won't load in the app to check if it works there. had to navigate to a form and your snail mail.

This app is one of the worst apps I've ever used. It actually opens and displays information about 50 percent of the time. Good luck trying to do anything past opening it. My account as far as contributions and balances are different depending on which screen you're on. It takes more than a week for contribution information to update. Trying to do anything functionally, whether trying to research investments or just trying to see a balance, the spinning wheel of death pops up and never goes away
