Ratings and reviews

Just disappointed, at least once a week the app gets stuck for about 2 hours loads will not refresh and we miss out on money. You call they have an automated voice telling you they are "AWARE" of the situation and trying to come to a resolve. Lastly, you cannot get someone on the phone unless you are upgrading or starting your services. You cannot have a complaint or issue and get someone on the phone. I'm just unhappy plainly put. I am switching to DAT again

With recent update, you spend more time looking at loads for the equipment you don't have then you do actually looking at useful information. Ex. I have a step deck, now all flatbed loads show up in results even when flat bed isn't selected. You can sort by equipment but then you can't sort by rate or mile rate once you sorted by equipment. Very disappointed with truckstop for making us waste so much time now when trying to find a load.

This is of course my go to app the one thing that really irritates me about this app so, is it allows the brokers to post a loads without all of the information. Half of them don't post load rates. The other half won't post mileage or load weight. You spend more time trying to call somebody that didn't put the information in to find the information just to find out that it's way over weight or whatever. And while you're busy doing that you miss out on other loads that you could have taken.
