Calls and are texts ok. Truconnect app can barely be used because their internet service is trash. Cannot download anything and the apps on my phone don't open. You have to pay for "high speed internet" because otherwise you will be downloading for HOURS and in the end nothing happens. The high speed internet is "used" up pretty quickly. If you can avoid Truconnect phone service, DO IT.

doesn't work and when it does it's not an accurate detail of how much data you actually have. I have had two phones with one breaking before turning it on for the first time and the second within a week. what's the point if I end up spending $30-$40 a month on data I might as well get an account with a different account that's unlimited, works well ALL the time, and has better phones. tru connect won't even let you change from their no good sim phone to a better esim phone. horrible all around.

This is my first time using the app. I'm surprised to read so many bad reviews! I have two lines with this company: One is my main phone number that I always use, and the other I use mostly for a "Home" phone. One line is free, because I qualify for Lifeline, and one I pay $20/mo. for. Customer Support was great to help me switch over by sending 2 new Sim cards, and asking me to call them back when they arrived. They never pushed me to buy one of their new phones, and the service is good!
