absolutely horrible how do you update your app and then when I can't remember my username so I click the forgot option then it asks for my username and email. absolutely stupid. I can't even check how much money I have. so when I try to call them it tells me their closed well guess what? They're open. why in the world did they update it? it was just fine before the update

The bank is great and so are the people but this app is misleading and hard to navigate. I wish they would have gotten custom input. I have tried multiple times to open my app. All I get is updating, I have went to the bank they can't help. I cannot deposit checks or anything. Anyone have suggestions

Service and security is fantastic. Always there for me and my needs with good advice and help on finances. I have no trouble with the APP.
