2026, I received"invalid cart id" for MONTHS. Today, I reinstalled it, problem solved. 2025, An app with zero user experience and a complete waste of phone resources. While waiting to check out, I opened my membership barcode and it timed out after I scanned all the items. I tried to refresh it twice, but it still failed. I gave up because there were other customers waiting behind me. 2024, the app's weekly flyers always featured ONLY the autobiography of its founder Cindy Lee.

This app should update to have a feature to add missing points. I don't have a physical card (but have one on the phone), it is not convenient to present my phone at the time of busy line up. Developer should check out Longo's app! I can always add points with the receipt!

2026.01 BEWARE. Got a coupon that expires in ONE month for a delivery that didn't have items available. Essentially forcing me to buy again when I don't order this much. 2025.11. Even worse now. kept saying invalid cart ID for both sign in options but on desktop I can login just fine.
