In this day and age where all grocery retail competitors have mobile app experiences and a functional, easy to use app (and website) are table stakes... it's embarrassing for T&T just how awful their app and website are. Whether it's the constant log in/ log out loops, the reward card access glitches, or even the glitch I encountered today where the screen goes blank upon searching "birthday cake" and in the birthday cake category under bakery... Love the store, but ecommerce channel sucks.

2025.11. it's even worse now. kept saying invalid cart ID for both sign in options but on desktop I can login just fine.

Will not allow me to verify my credit card when paying via certain banks. It gives the option to select a method of verification (ex: email or text OTP) but there is no continue button to confirm the selection.
