Can't change debit/credit cards or even see which card you have on file once you add one. Doesn't seem secure at all. Not even a section in the app to view your account info. I guess if your card expires, you have to create another account lol. Also, when the app is working, it's slow. Takes a while from scanning a machine until it activates. If you scan and don't select your settings fast enough, it'll just start the machine with random wash/dry settings that you can't change after it starts.

All in all, I'm happy with my Sidekick experience. The only reason it's not getting that 5th star, is due to occasional signal failures. It's sucks having to wait 10 minutes, before the app recognizes the washer or dryer you're trying to use. Other than that, not having to carry $15 in quarters has been a boon.

For the most part the app works well but at times it will not connect to the internet and I have to run around trying to find a signal it likes. That draws out laundry time, which is a bumber and why the rating is lower. I do like that I can put in sevice requests through the app. That makes things easier. All and all not a bad app but could be much better with connections. Updated 03/22:The app still works fine and is connecting much better. However, they are slow to respond service requests.
