Turing Hydro is the official companion app for the Turing Hydro Smart Module — an open-source IoT controller for hydroponic systems. Whether you're growing leafy greens, herbs, or fruiting plants, the Smart Module keeps your nutrient solution dialed in automatically. This app puts full control in your hands.

Connect & Monitor
Pair with your Smart Module over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) in seconds — no Wi-Fi network required for local control. Once connected, the app streams live sensor data directly from your device:

• pH — know exactly how acidic or alkaline your nutrient solution is
• EC (Electrical Conductivity) — track nutrient concentration in real time
• Water temperature — stay within the ideal range for root health
• Stability indicators — see when readings have settled before making adjustments

Control Your System
Trigger dosing pumps to add pH Up, pH Down, and nutrient solutions on demand. Control relay outputs for water pumps, solenoids, and auxiliary equipment. Everything responds immediately over the Bluetooth connection.

Calibrate with Confidence
Walk through step-by-step guided calibration workflows for both pH and EC probes. The app walks you through single-point and multi-point calibration, shows you live voltage readings, and confirms when calibration is complete. Accurate sensors mean accurate dosing.

Wireless Firmware Updates
Keep your Smart Module up to date without a USB cable. When a new firmware version is available, the app downloads it from the Turing Hydro server and installs it over-the-air (OTA) directly to your device over Bluetooth. Your settings are preserved across updates.

Built for Growers
The Turing Hydro Smart Module was designed from the ground up for serious growers who want full visibility and control over their system — without depending on cloud subscriptions, proprietary lock-in, or unreliable Wi-Fi. The BLE-first architecture means the app works even in basements, greenhouses, and grow tents with no network access.
