the app is best as a companion to the desktop. It is for basic tasks and the desktop version is the full service. It does a great job with keeping us informed with relevant information! In terms of customer service we did have a nightmare situation where all our properties desynced when setting one up on hospitable. I reached out to support and within minutes they were working on a fix. They reassigned cleanings manually. THANK YOU VICKY from the support team for taking the time to do it!

Yes the app prompts u to restart it for the newest version EVERY SINGLE TIME U OPEN IT, but I can live with that, even though I'm using the most up to date version. But now, it doesn't allow u to "send" on messages. ***Send issue has been fixed, but still asks to update app every single time I open it EVEN THOUGH I'm using the most recent version.

Turno has overall been easy to use once I got it set up, but tonight, I was having problems with it and had to contact support. My support person, Vance, was fantastic. He understood my problem quickly, offered solutions, and made sure I knew potential pitfalls with the available solution so I could make an informed decision. Overall, it was a perfect experience!
