Over all it is a good app to use to help keep your business running. The only issue is that as you work to build a name for your business they also takea cut from your first time clients. You are paying them for a service monthly and for each new client they take $20 plus. Its not like they did anything to get you clients. Again it is still a good program but wish they wouldnt also try to take money from you even more.

i am logged out constantly since you added the biometrics, it is very inconvenient. also, whenever I look at the schedule, it shows every time slot as blocked when clicked, instead I have to click the drop down menu, my name, then my company's name, then schedule in order to schedule. my staff is having the same issue.

The software for the computer is great but the mobile app is terrible, we have 8 therapists and half the time while trying to book using the app it says they aren't available when they are or are available when they are not, or says the rooms are unavailable. There isn't an easy way to look at the schedule as a whole for the day so trying to look to See if any therapist is available is practically impossible. Have to look at each individuals schedule and then it's not reliable. Major flaws
