Lots of glitches, causing major issues with scheduling, times wrong, sending out incorrect times to clients, despite them being right correct in my calendar. membership checkout doesn't work for all of my members. oftentimes it will ask me to check them out requesting payment, despite them having a current membership. very frustrating. Customer service isn't the greatest, I've left messages with no return phone calls. we should also be able to post as many pictures as we want, not limited to 4

MassageBook has been a good experience so far, I have received a few clients through it and there are many convenient features. I'm able to check clients out using my phone and they can tap to pay without me needing an additional device. I wish we could customize our profiles a little more, and there is no way to read to send messages to clients through the app; you have to sign into the browser. Overall, I would recommend it and I've just renewed my subscription so I can continue to use it.

I love MassageBook, but I am leaving 1 star for the app bc the "new" mobile version of the calendar is AWFUL! It's overwhelming, hard to read/navigate, & doesn't allow me to view the weeks in a concise way; it cuts off names, services, & doesn't list clients past activity easily. I used "new" in quotes bc Im aware that this mobile version has been around for a while. My solution was to continue to use the "old" app; today that app was taken away. Please fix the mobile calendar view to not suck
