Ratings and reviews

Good overall but many no brainer features haven't been implemented such as TEXT notifications for those in the wait-list feature. ONLY emails are sent and with many no.longer even checking emails, it doesn't do any good. Also being forced to switch from Square payment processing to Stripe in order to implement cancellation policies is horrible. There are several other issues as well, just a couple of examples. every booking system has its pros and cons, strengths and weaknesses but overall ok

The software for the computer is great but the mobile app is terrible, we have 8 therapists and half the time while trying to book using the app it says they aren't available when they are or are available when they are not, or says the rooms are unavailable. There isn't an easy way to look at the schedule as a whole for the day so trying to look to See if any therapist is available is practically impossible. Have to look at each individuals schedule and then it's not reliable. Major flaws

Lots of glitches, causing major issues with scheduling, times wrong, sending out incorrect times to clients, despite them being right correct in my calendar. membership checkout doesn't work for all of my members. oftentimes it will ask me to check them out requesting payment, despite them having a current membership. very frustrating. Customer service isn't the greatest, I've left messages with no return phone calls. we should also be able to post as many pictures as we want, not limited to 4
