Plz! make every action of the app seamless. Luv the uab social and its gifts receiving feature. And I also love the UI and overall. One more thing is to make entering the app convenient. It's not acceptable to do like 3-4 actions every time I want to log in to the app and use. It took so long. I luv all of your efforts. Hope you may improve those as soon as possible.....

Useless app even can't login for numerous times. Something went wrong! Something went wrong! Something went wrong with the bank's target. Updated review, ever error bank. You're just an obstruction.

I am unable to log into my account.While I can successfully complete the initial security steps, the process is requiring me to scan a QR code with an old phone that I no longer have access to. Could you please advise on how I can bypass this step or reset my two-factor authentication settings? Thank you for your assistance.
