“Prom.ua Seller’s Office” is a mobile application created specifically for marketplace sellers. It allows you to conduct business on Prom directly from your phone.

Start selling on Prom easily — you can create your own online store in a few simple steps. Register as a seller, choose a tariff and add products — they will automatically be added to the prom.ua catalog.

Main features of the application:

Orders

- Process orders: change status, view payment and delivery details, add or create invoices (invoices), issue checks to buyers.
- Create new orders or edit existing ones.
- Contact buyers and view buyer profiles right from the list or order details.
- Receive push notifications to instantly respond to new orders and messages on Prom.

Products

- Add new products and scale sales.
- Update products directly from your smartphone: edit prices, add photos from the gallery or camera, change the description.
- Search for a product by name or article number.
- Update availability in a few clicks.

Buyers

Balance and tariffs

- Monitor your store's Balance for working on the marketplace, replenish it in the Payments section.
- Continue the tariff, start or stop ProSale campaigns at any time. All this is in the seller's mobile account.

Chats

- Communicate with buyers in a convenient chat: send messages, answer questions, clarify purchase details.
- Create orders and sell directly from the dialogue.

Сервіс жахливий, блокують магазини, якщо клієнти не скасовують замовлення самостійно, а ви як продавець скасували його декілька разів, вам блокують магазин, як так працювати? Хіба це проблема продавця що клієнт відмовився і не хоче скасовувати самостійно, і зникає?
