I recently upgraded from a Samsung J7 Prime to a Samsung DuoS. The app worked perfectly on my old phone, but now, when I enter my credentials and click the "Agree" button on the new device, I get the error message, "You are not authorized to use this app." My account is activated, and no changes have been made. This lack of compatibility between devices is extremely frustrating. Any prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Unable to login on my new device. Tried all the things, they told me to do. Changing my password from the website using the signup option. Deleted the app from my old device. Uninstalling & reinstalling several times on my new phone. Still, the app is showing the message to register my profile on the phone. Exhausted of trying for last 4 days.

Very very bad experience. I send my documents 4 days ago by email as per given by customer service person. I'm still waiting to update my membership for Tezraftaar transaction. And I'm also not able to withdraw money from ATM to send cash by Exchange. My family need money in Pakistan and I'm unable to send them by both way Tezraftaar & can't withdraw as well ...... Very very bad & cheap services
