Unable to login on my new device. Tried all the things, they told me to do. Changing my password from the website using the signup option. Deleted the app from my old device. Uninstalling & reinstalling several times on my new phone. Still, the app is showing the message to register my profile on the phone. Exhausted of trying for last 4 days.

I am pretty satisfied with app and its UI since i have old phone(Samsung J7 Prime) everything is going good.But i have to change my phone and shifted to (Samsung DuoS) then the problem start,When i gave credentails in app when i click the "Agree" button. This appears as *You are not authorized to use this app*. Why this is happening?This thing makes me crazy.No compatibality with different devices.(My Account is activated,not a single has been done). Quickly Response must be apprecited.

Very very bad experience. I send my documents 4 days ago by email as per given by customer service person. I'm still waiting to update my membership for Tezraftaar transaction. And I'm also not able to withdraw money from ATM to send cash by Exchange. My family need money in Pakistan and I'm unable to send them by both way Tezraftaar & can't withdraw as well ...... Very very bad & cheap services
