It's basically a wrapper for the mobile site... It would be nice if it was an actual app with biometric login support.. etc

After logging in - it states that there's restricted access to view my dental benefits and I need to use SARA. I don't know what that means but this app is garbage.

Very slow UI. Has very badly designed date pop up system that doesn't show years selection. Doesn't work for military personnel at all for anything. Has a outdated and poorly maintained search system for providers that defeats the majority of the purpose of the app entirely. It's a great reflection of the company.
