The United Concordia Dental mobile app is designed to help make our members’ journeys toward oral health and wellness much easier and more enjoyable. New features include:
• My Dental Benefits member account access to use your virtual ID card, see recent claims status and learn more about your plan’s covered services and details.
• Dentist search tool to find nearby network providers and view contact information, maps and directions, and add your favorite dentist to your contacts.

Ratings and reviews

Very slow UI. Has very badly designed date pop up system that doesn't show years selection. Doesn't work for military personnel at all for anything. Has a outdated and poorly maintained search system for providers that defeats the majority of the purpose of the app entirely. It's a great reflection of the company.

I dont care about your stupid online card I would prefer a real card so I dont have to be rejected when I try to look at my benefits!!! I am paying for something I have no access too!! and on top of that I can never get a real person on the phone to help me....i may change my opinion later but i despise this app and website at this very moment. I've reset my password multiple times. They give you little information and no troubleshooting.

Very frustrating app! Too simplistic. Can't see a "Pending" charge. Can't go into individual charges to see details for history. I'm not sure what good it actually does a person. Am I missing something in the app???
