Current Nova subscriber in Greece. I downloaded the application to use the offline feature and watch downloaded content while traveling. Please fix the error message when opening the application without Internet connection. Most likely this error occurs due to the fact that welcome video cannot be loaded when the device is offline. Otherwise this feature is simply useless.

My Smart TV PHILIPS model from 2023 cannot recognize HDR signal although it supports all current HDR standards. So I think this should be fixed as for example my LG Smart TV recognizes it correctly. Back in time there was a period during which LG couldn't recognize it either.

Completely unwatchable. It skips 5 secs, then rewinds 5 secs backs, then starts loading for a while. In the beginning it was way better, it started deteriorating and now is absolutely useless.
