Just subscribed yesterday, already disappointed from the get go. Had a hard time getting the app through the firestick cause it is not available but managed in a different way. Now I want to have it on my phone and I've been getting the same message over and over again: "No internet. Check your internet connection." It sucks! Please take all these reviews here seriously and fix the bugs and stuff. It's unacceptable.

new 2026: I can't mute volume and listen to music while watching Eon. old: It installs a new version in thr mid-day, without warning, selection or any consideration to the user. There's not even an indication how long does it take. Also there's no email for complaints, so best guess is no ome cares for user experiance or app quality.

Well for app worked fine untill all I got on my screen is "maximum devices are already using this service"or something similar and I don't know what to do.I tryed under my acc.on SBB to see which devices are using app but I cannot do that or to access the app.
