About this app

Unload is a stress-relief app that guides you through short sensory
sessions using your phone's vibrations and an on-screen breathing guide.
No wearable and no extra equipment: you hold your phone against your
chest, your wrist or your forehead, and follow the rhythm.

HOW A SESSION WORKS

1. Say how you feel, on a scale of 1 to 10.
2. Choose a gesture or a ritual, and press start.
3. Your phone plays a slow vibration pattern while a visual guide sets
the breathing pace. The rhythm slows down as the session goes on.
4. Say how you feel afterwards. The app shows you what changed.

WHAT IS INSIDE

• 14 sensory gestures, about one minute each — breathing, self-massage,
coolness, weight, light. Each one has its own vibration pattern.
• 7 rituals, 3 to 5 minutes, built for specific moments: Morning, Sleep,
Racing mind, Tension from the day, In public, Between two things, and an
Emergency ritual for when stress spikes.
• A breathing guide that slows down progressively, so your breath
follows without you having to count.
• An emergency button reachable from anywhere in the app.
• Daily reminders at the times you choose — morning, midday or evening.
You can turn them off at any time.

YOUR RELAXATION SCORE

Unload asks how you feel before and after each session, and turns your
answers into a relaxation score between 0 and 100. It rises when a
session helps, and fades gently on days without practice. Your session
history, your total minutes and your weekly chart are in the app.

This score is entirely self-reported. Unload does not measure heart
rate, or any other physiological signal.

ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTION

Unload uses an account so your progress follows you from one phone to
the next. You can sign in with an email address and a password, or with
your Google account.

Access to the full library of gestures and rituals requires a
subscription, available monthly or annually. The price is shown in the
app before any purchase. The subscription renews automatically until you
cancel it from your Google Play account settings.
