On my new samsung android phone there was an issue with the way this app uses the full screen. The Android Samsung phones on the bottom have a Navigation bar. That's very useful and is thereby default. So when you get a choice of a few items, and the last item is the one you want at the bottom of the screen, unfortunately, the navigation ball overlays it and you can't choose it. I guess this was not tested by the people before they rolled out the app

I was very excited as I was hoping for an experience similar to MyY. Unfortunately, this App is unusable on Android as the choices are under the Android navigation bar (bottom of screen). Additionally, why would the location dropdown not be alphabetical?

Love the facility but the MYJ App is dog water. I try to login with MYJ login credentials used within the browser and the app says "user not found in the system." Called JCC and they sent me a email password reset. I did the reset and the app is still not working. I see from past user reviews that this issue has been around for a while.
