Whether you need to chat with a Health Care Concierge about a plan benefit related question or forgot your member ID card for your doctor’s visit, this app has you covered.

- Easily search for in-network providers and hospitals.

Ratings and reviews

Previous version of this app would not load. They now appear to have fixed that issue. The new app appears to have plenty of useful features, including recent claims, ID cards, live video visits, ability to look up providers, and more I'm sure. One feature I didn't see was the ability to make an appointment through the app. It does provide phone numbers, so you could always call, but it would be nice to be able to request an appointment in the app. Overall, a good and useful app that I'm sure I'll be using in the future.

Does not work. The app will not allow me to do anything on it. It buffers constantly. I've Uninstalled it and re installed it, made sure my phone was compatible and still nothing. Just start using UPMC insurance and so far the 2 apps I've downloaded to "make access to health insurance inf easier" has cause nothing but frustration.

this was terrible when I used it. most of it was not working. attempted to do various things that should not be a problem and kept getting forced to go to a chat-bot for "help" which was NOT helpful at all
