this app is so badly developed on so many levels. It is complicated to sign up. The environment is not intuitive, the botons, the menu, everything. It seems the software devolper tried to do something new and creative, but he launched the worst app ever made. Overall, it's a pretty bad app, I even took some time to wrote this review (first one i writeon appstore btw), I'm not sure if the bank is trying to avoid customer to redeem their points or milages. If that is the case,they did a great job

What a horrible app, installed it for les than 5 minutes. Who in their right mind thinks that the login should be through and AI chat! Not only everything, flights, hotels is overpriced and the experience makes it worse!
