HOW IT WORKS
- Enter where you’re going and our app will connect you with the nearest available drivers.
- Select the vehicle type that suits your journey and budget, from standard sedans to spacious SUVs.
- A local driver will head to your location. Their ETA and route will be displayed on your screen.

FEATURES
Please note that some features are only available in select cities.

- Reservations: Book your Uride up to 7 days in advance and ride worry-free. Whether it's an early flight or a date night, reserve your ride ahead of time and let us handle the rest.

- Comfort: With newer cars and extra space, every ride is an enjoyable experience. Book a Comfort ride when you've got extra luggage or for those times you just want some space to relax.

- Multi-Stop: Need to make a few stops along your route? No problem! With Uride's Multi-Stop feature, you can add them all in with ease. Get your coffee fix on the way to work, drop off a friend while heading to class, or make a quick grocery stop before you get home. Just tap the '+' when entering your destination and we'll take care of the rest.

- Share-A-Link: Send a web link to a friend or family member that allows them to track your trip in real-time while you ride with Uride. Share-A-Link is just one more way we're enhancing our app to keep you safe and give you peace of mind on the go.

Since it's up to each Uride driver whether they will accept pets in their vehicle, we recommend adding a note about your pet when booking a ride.

Uride is driven by a desire to end impaired driving while bringing safe, affordable, and reliable rides to communities often overlooked by industry giants.

Ratings and reviews

Underwhelming. The first two rides worked well, but the third: quoted us a 6 minute wait, then the app stalled out while connecting us with a driver. When it came back online (5 min later) it had locked us to someone 26 minutes away. There were heaps of other drivers closer to us. When we cancelled the ride, the app charged us $5. Edit: they refunded the cancellation charge when I contacted them. So kudos to that customer support.

used to be I'd recommend uride to everyone as the experience was cheaper and better than a taxi, especially with the tracking. now though, the prices are the same or higher than a taxi on the regular and you are charged a cancellation fee when the ETA is too long and you find a different ride. still, the ability to send your location and track where the driver is is useful and the company does try to give back to the community

it works well enough but there are DAILY OR MORE promotional notifications. I want to leave notifications on so that when I take a ride I get updates but I don't want to get bombarded with promotions. Also, the last time I tried to book a ride late at night there were no drivers (that's fine) but the app doesn't tell you that, it just tells you that there's a longer than normal wait time and then you have to cancel the ride. Just tell me there are no drivers!
