This app has went straight down hill over the past year or so. Nothing but crashes lagging, and errors. The navigation has been messing up the past month or so now. It will pull up a completely different address than the one shown. It has Sent me 10-15mins the opposite direction only to arrive at a empty lot, field, store (when supposed to deliver to residents) or just the middle of a random street. I've tried to contact support but no one seems to care, but then my account is punished for it.

The app itself is super clean and easy to navigate, but it crashes on me a lot. I'll be in the middle of a dash and it'll crash and make it so I can't deliver and have to completely restart the app multiple times or it'll crash while I'm trying to accept a dash causing me to lose the order all together. It's extremely frustrating how much the app crashes.

Reading the reviews on this app before going through the sign-up process would've saved me so much trouble and wasted time. The app does not work, and when it does, it works terribly. DoorDash finally let me complete my account to start dashing last night, so yes I am new to this system, but it's kinda hard to get started when you're stuck with a blank white screen that refuses to load, with three useless buttons at the top right corner of it. Very, very disappointing experience so far.
