Absolutely awful app for cash advance. DO NOT USE!!! I had used it for months with no issue and then suddenly, I could not withdraw available funds. When I emailed support, they gave me the runaround and no real estimated time in which it would be fixed (said "we're working on it, be patient"). Even called them and got the same response. This has gone on for over 2 weeks. They are scammers because they have no issue withdrawing your subscription fee every month yet cannot fix the app. 0/5 stars.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!! It is set up like a scam and won't let you collect the cash advance even when you're told its available. I tried calling and emailing the company to get this problem resolved, only to be told that my account didn't exist. Even though money has been taken out for a subscription and verification. I say avoid this app AT ALL COST!!!

I pay $20 a month to use this app. it never works when I need it. I haven't been able to use it for almost a month at this point. just loads and loads. don't bother asking for any type of reimbursement for money you pay monthly. you pay $20 a month and they give nothing. don't waste your money or time. (Edit) one month later. app still does not load. no way to reach customer service. can't cancel my subscription. still paying monthly for something I can't use.
