Good App, easy to use, but could do with a minor tweak. The way UW produce their bills with regards to the total balance of your gas & electric account isn't the clearest. I'm not sure why they don't have it, but it would be really good if you could just see your current overall balance when logging in. Every other provider I've been with has had this so it makes sense to implement?

So the broadband is so slow, the youtube on slow motion, so we try to stop, but it's a contract for 18 months for broadband. So clever,to "force" to take all the things,because they said it's discount...if you stop 1 off the things, will lose the discount...Because nobody explains the truth,just want customers 🤔...I won't recommend UW!We complain,but can't do anything, now just pay money for a bad broadband .So yeah, don't trust nobody now,thanks UW.

Once I have opened the app it will continuously open itself at the most annoying times. It will do this for days on end, 5-10 times while writing a text or while searching for something on Google. the worst is when I am watching something because it then minimizes the screen, and when it does this 6 times in a row, I get really angry and frustrated. Otherwise, the app serves it purpose well, and you can find everything you need regarding UW.
