Used to work perfect, till about September, since then it's just useless, can't load all the coaches, if I eventually manage to find a ticket and try to purchase, it ask me to add all of my personal and bank details, every time, and quite often their server run out of time as the app connection 8s so slow, so i have to reinsert my details few times, that takes me half an hour or even more, unacceptable. I'm uninstalling it.

Not great and judging by the empty responses, they don't much care what customers think. Why is the app called "coach". I searched for national express when I installed it, just plain daft. After my flight was cancelled, I had to amend my booking from abroad. All I got was the circle of death, couldn't find my booking to make the changes. When it finally let me in, it was too late to do anything. Get a decent technical team.

virtually useless app. Named Coach instead of National Express so it was not easy to find in my list of apps. Then after adding existing booking, I closed the app and then when trying to open the app again, it didn't remember the details. Rebooting the mobile did not help. I uninstalled it and then installed it again and was asked to enter the booking information again. It would be better to have some sort of login and that way you do not enter the information again and one could add trips using a web browser or on the app so that it would remember trips booked. Luckily I downloaded the trips using PassWallet so can use that to show the ticket on my phone. When searching for buses using the coach tracker, it doesn't show buses leaving after the time you are searching and shows a route that's already compltetd. Tgen if you go back, you have to enter all the route details to try another journey.
